Apprenticing at his father's side, Joe began doing foundations when he was ten years old. As an early teen, Joe had rapidly become very good at his job and was ready  to  go solo.  By the time he was sixteen he had purchased his own equipment and started up his own business.

     ​Fifty years later, Joe is still going non-stop.

     In 1986, Joe moved to the Nashville area and opened the door for

​poured concrete walls. Up to that time home owners had to be content to have leaky basements  that had been constructed from cinder blocks.  ​Now  walls could be poured to any height, waterproofed with a solvent-based waterproofing polymer, and what would have been formerly unusable basement could become actual living space!​

 

​     Initially Joe Haas focused on poured concrete walls for new residential construction and retaining walls. A few years later he added waterproofing to his list of services. Commercial construction and all kinds of flatwork soon followed.

 

     Over the years, other poured wall contractors have open up shop in Nashville, but not one can compare with the expertise that Joe brings to the table.  Ask around, if the job is complex Joe Haas is who will be recommended as the man who can do it!
